From initial analysis to a fully operational system
1. Assessment of your process
Every project begins with a thorough analysis. We map out your process, emission source, flow rates, available space, and objectives . If important information is missing, we determine which measurements or further analyses are needed.
2. Concept and Technology Selection
Based on the process data, we compare the possible solutions. We determine the appropriate gas scrubbing principle, the configuration, the number of scrubbing stages, and any combination with other techniques.
3. Engineering
Our engineers fully develop the process and the design. We take into account:
- process operation and pressure drop
- material selection and compatibility
- pumps, fans, and piping
- instrumentation and accessibility
- maintenance, safety, and regulations
4. Production and Pre-assembly
As many plastic parts and system components as possible are manufactured and pre-assembled in our workshop. This enhances quality control and reduces assembly time at your site.
5. Transportation, Installation, and Connection
CGK Group handles the entire installation process:
- transportation and installation
- connection of piping and air ducts
- installation of pumps and fans
- electrical connection and integration with a PLC or existing processes
6. Commissioning
After installation, we check the operation of the entire system. Among other things, we examine:

- fluid distribution and dosing

7. Commissioning and User Instructions
After commissioning, your team will receive an explanation of : operation and control, checks and alarms, and safe use.
Service and Maintenance
Even after commissioning, CGK Group remains your point of contact.
