View the current contents of your tanks remotely

Telemetry is ‘remotely measuring certain parameters and then transmitting them via (often wireless) telecommunications to another location’. Specifically, at CGK it goes as follows:

• Through the ultrasonic level gauge and the telemetry module box, the contents of your tanks are transmitted to our servers.
• You can check the status of the tank content via smartphone, tablet or PC.
• Your supplier will automatically receive an order when your tank needs to be filled.

Advantages of telemetry

• It is no longer necessary to check the liquid level of your tanks on the spot.
• Your supplier can always monitor the tanks and make sure they are always filled.
• No more stress and production shutdowns due to chemical shortages.
• Is the inspection of your tank about to expire? Then you will receive a timely e-mail notification to notify you.
• You will also be notified when the contract with your supplier expires.

Is there a period during which we consume a lot? What is the annual consumption? The reporting tool in the package gives you answers to those questions. You can also export all the data to Excel for analysis.

With a new tank, we load all the data on the web page: drawings, conformity certificate, prototype inspection. In other words, you have an online library with all the possible info about the tank.

Are you a chemical supplier?

Then the telemetry system also has a lot of advantages for you:

• You can monitor tank contents yourself and schedule a delivery. With this flexibility, you optimise your logistics operation.

• The customer can set up the software so that the tank communicates directly with you. At a preset minimum quantity, you receive a notification via e-mail - the customer receives a copy of the e-mail.

What if I already have a tank?

No problem, CGK will install a level gauge and telemetry module on your existing tank installation on site.
