To safely fill or unload chemical storage tanks, you use a filling system.

Filling systems are a safe, convenient, quality way to encapsulate the filling point. This prevents unwanted vapours from escaping and captures any losses. The possibilities are many:

  • a lockable door during the filling process,
  • a collecting tank of up to 40 litres,
  • a transparent door with ergonomic handle,
  • a box for personal protective equipment,
  • A water bottle for sampling,
  • a sampling tap in the filling line,
  • ...

The filling systems are chemical-resistant, structurally robust, weatherproof and UV-resistant. They literally stand alone, indoors as well as outdoors.

The advantages of filling systems

Anti-corrosive and sturdy

  • Material: high density polyethylene - UV resistant
  • High resistance to chemicals
  • Integrated ribs and moulds for high rigidity
  • Weather-resistant
  • Produced by rotomoulding

Protect the user

  • Integrated box for PPE (with acid-resistant suit, gloves and protective mask)
  • Padlock option per door
  • Door with transparent panel and ergonomic handle
  • Clear identification of the product
  • The door can be closed during the filling process
  • Can be fitted with safety markings

Adapted for all piping

  • Modular PE plate on which the filling line, pump and/or fittings can be placed
  • For both DN50 and DN80 filling pipes

Easy to install yourself

  • Stable on its own
  • Indoor or outdoor installation
  • Equipped with mounting holes
  • Supplied with 1-litre sampling tube as standard

Automated pumping process

Rather pump out the truck than have it pumped? Take charge of the filling process and opt for a transfer pump: this way, you avoid dangerous pressure fluctuations and unnecessary surpluses. Sloppy drivers are out of the question, but constant human attention is also no longer necessary. The optional pressure measurement monitors the piping, the optional frequency control regulates the pump flow. As a result, you maintain full control of the installation. The flow rate is more constant and any scrubber works better. Because filling via the truck's compressor involves a much greater air flow. If the system needs flushing, our automatic flushing valves do the job.
