Technical info

• Housing according to patented construction with static strength calculation made of galvanised sheet pilings.
• Inner casing made of non-combustible and insulating material according to NEN 6064 finished with galvanised plate up to a height of 1100 mm above the slatted floor.
• The roof has an integrated rain gutter on both long sides.
• Equipped with a single wing door with handle, door closer, emergency release and lockable with a cylinder lock. Door 1300 mm wide, can be placed optionally on the long or short side (middle).
• Doors equipped with a lock and fire locking system based on a door closer with a fuse. This system allows the door to be left open at an angle of 90°. At about 70°C, the fuse breaks and the door is automatically closed by means of the door closer. Door rebates fitted with strips that foam up in the event of a fire so that they are automatically closed.
• Natural ventilation and de-aeration by diametrically arranged ventilation openings on the inside and outside fitted with vane grates.
• Ventilation openings fitted with flame-resistant and fire-resistant grates as standard, so that they are automatically closed in case of fire.
• Liquid-tight collection tray manufactured from 2 mm sheet steel degreased and preserved with a 75 µm SigmaCover (blue colour).
• Collection tray fitted with a galvanised grid floor R2.30/30x60 mm with a load capacity of 1300 kg/m² with evenly distributed load and a point load of 230 kg measured on 200x200 mm surface.
• Fitted as standard with lifting eyes suitable for empty transport.
• Equipped with an earthing point as standard.
• Hazard indication by pictograms in accordance with ISO3864: ‘fire hazard’ and ‘fire, naked flame and smoking prohibited’.
