Sewer sealer

Permanent sewer sealers ensure complete leak-tightness. They inflate at a rapid rate to absorb emergencies and prevent environmental pollution. The sealer is designed to withstand risks of industrial environments. Solutions can be customised to fully meet your needs.

Functionality

The sewer sealer is fixed in the upper part of the sewer and held in place with narrow plastic slats. The inflatable pad is mounted in the arch of the pipe so as not to disrupt the flow of water.

Activation can be done manually or via a monitoring station.

When activated, the sealing pad is inflated with compressed air until the duct is completely closed off. The fastening chain prevents the seal cushion from shifting during inflation.
The system is resistant to very high chemical conditions.

After pumping away the fluids and cleaning or after testing the system, the system can easily be returned to the sewer in normal position.

Installation of the system is easy to take care of without complex measures. CGK Group can also provide periodic maintenance.
