Drain sealer
Permanent drain seals ensure complete leak-tightness. They inflate rapidly to contain emergencies and prevent environmental pollution. The seal is designed to withstand the risks of industrial environments. Solutions can be customized to fully meet your needs.
Operation
The sewer seal is secured to the upper section of the sewer line and held in place with narrow plastic slats. The inflatable cushion is mounted in the bend of the pipe so as not to disrupt the flow of water.
Activation can be done manually or via a monitoring center.
Upon activation, the sealing cushion is inflated with compressed air until the sewer is completely sealed off. The retaining chain prevents the sealing cushion from shifting during inflation.
The system is resistant to highly corrosive chemical conditions.
After pumping out the liquids and cleaning, or after testing the system, it can easily be returned to its normal position in the sewer.
Installation of the system is simple and requires no complex procedures. CGK Group can also provide periodic maintenance.

The seals range from Ø 10 cm to Ø 100 cm and are suitable for use in:

The system can be monitored using a control unit.
