Piping and insulation for glue (Dynea)
The customer
Dynea (Ghent) is a supplier to Unilin and supplies all kinds of adhesives to manufacture all their wood products.
Purpose
Expanding capacity to double production.
Problem-solution
- To heat up and cool down the reactor where the adhesive is located, CGK provided insulation work for steam and condensation.
- We installed stainless steel pipes of different diameters to transport the cooling water.
- Steel pipes for steam at different pressures, which required a PED conformity certificate.
