Which tank suits your application?

Our storage tanks are available in various strengths and colors, tailored to the nature of the stored substances:

Models

  • HYDRO – Lightweight version, ideal as a collection tray or water tank
  • STANDARD – For acids with medium density or water storage
  • MA/1 – For heavy chemical products
  • MA/2 – Resistant to extreme temperatures
  • MA/3 – Suitable for very large volumes

Available Colors

  • White* – Best suited for indoor use
  • Grey – Neutral appearance
  • Black – UV-resistant, ideal for light-sensitive substances

*Due to the UV additives present in all tanks, white tanks may appear slightly yellowish. This discoloration is a normal side effect of producing heavy-duty tanks. The yellow hue fades after approximately one week of sunlight exposure.

Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR)

Our PE tanks are designed in accordance with the strictest construction codes and tested for Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR). These testing methods allow us to guarantee both the chemical resistance and long service life of the tanks.

Each tank is thoroughly tested for the resistance of the polyethylene (PE) when in contact with various liquids.

The test involves collecting small samples of the material to be tested. These samples are bent and placed into a test tube, which is then filled with a liquid (IGEPAL) and placed in a heated environment. This process simulates aging. The test ends when at least 50% of the test samples have cracked.

The results provide accurate data on the resistance of PE in contact with different substances, making it possible to predict the tank’s lifespan. This test is also widely used to assess the quality of different PE raw materials available on the market.

High MDPE Base Material Content

The density of our tanks reaches 90 to 95% of that of pure MDPE, resulting in very few inclusions in the material. Thanks to this high base material content, the tanks have a relatively high weight — contributing to a longer lifespan compared to many other storage tanks on the market.

Shape retention – Tanks maintain their structural integrity, even under heavy load.

Our tanks are manufactured using rotational moulding (rotomoulding), a production technique that ensures a seamless, strong, and leak-proof construction.

Immediately after production, the tank bottoms may temporarily deform into various shapes (A, B, or C). Once the tank is filled, it adopts its final, stable shape (D), also known as the "elephant foot."
By default, our tanks come with a flat bottom.
